Welcome to Theta!

Meet our Chief Recruiting Officer Emilee Dutton!

Dear Potential New Members,

First of all, congratulations on your decision to come to Auburn University and to go through Recruitment! My name is Emilee Dutton, and I am the Chief Recruiting Officer for Kappa Alpha Theta this year. Basically what that title means is that along with our Recruitment Director, Andie, I get our chapter ready for recruitment and ready to meet you. I am so blessed to be able to serve Theta in this position, surrounded by such a supportive group of girls. We are all so excited to meet each and every one of you in August, and we hope you’ll feel at home with the Gamma Omega chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta!
While going through Recruitment can seem scary, every single girl that is in the Panhellenic community knows exactly what you’re going through because we all have done it, too. Recruitment is a time to find the place where you feel most at home, and we hope that will be in Theta. No matter where you end up, just remember that you are not alone, and everyone wants you to find your home!
Our goal through Recruitment is to show to all of you Potential New Members the authenticity of the sisterhood that we share here in Theta. We are dedicated to our involvement, service, and our academics. I am so thankful to be surrounded by all of these incredible women that I get to call my sisters, and I can’t imagine where I would be today without them. My hope for you is that Kappa Alpha Theta will leave an impact on you for a lifetime the way it has for me and all of my sisters.

Theta Love and Mine,
Emilee Dutton

Meet our New Member Moms Becca & Anna!

Dear Potential New Members,

We are thrilled to be serving as Kappa Alpha Theta’s New Member Directors of Programming & Events this year! Our chapter has given us so much over the past two years: a place to call home, confidence to fulfill our potential as a “Leading Woman”, encouragement in our spiritual growth, and the most sincere friendships rooted in sisterhood. Our hope is that you find these same qualities in Theta that we have. Although the recruitment process can be trying at times, take ease in knowing that as long as you are true to yourself, you will find your home in Auburn’s wonderful Panhellenic community. We can’t wait to meet each of your shining faces and welcome you with open arms into our chapter!!

TLAM & War Eagle,
Becca Broussard & Anna Gibson
